What to Expect
Each 90-minutes session includes:
Qigong practice and meditation designed to restore balance and inner calm.
Introduction to the Five Element Forms — exploring how Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water relate to your body, emotions, and energy.
Mind–Body Connection: Learn how each Element influences physical health, emotional wellbeing, and energetic flow.
Movement Meditation: Gentle, flowing sequences that harmonise breath, intention, and movement.
Restorative Meditation Practice: Cultivate stillness and inner awareness to support healing and resilience.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, and comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
About the Instructor
Helen Dobra is a complementary therapist and the founder of Seed of Wellbeing and the online education platform for therapists, The Natural Therapy Institute (NTI). She has a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, which she weaves into her personal and professional life. Her teachings focus on restoring balance, enhancing energy flow, and awakening the body’s natural capacity for healing.
